Includes the following:
- Inspect refrigerant levels and pressures to ensure your system runs at peak efficiency
- Inspect thermostat(s) and check proper cycle and temperature
- Inspect wiring, contacts, capacitors and relay
- Inspect outside condenser for cleanliness and efficiency
- Inspect the indoor evaporator coil if accessible
- Inspect the outdoor disconnect switch
- Inspect the condenser fan motor and blades
- Check compressor amps at startup
- Inspect the supply and return plenums and air ducts
- Carry out additional safety and efficiency checks
- Replace indoor air filter (s) - if available on site
- Share any recommendations or concerns in writing
